Description

Seashores is a spacious and relaxing getaway set on four acres of wooded area with gardens, an outdoor fireplace and extensive lawns. With its own private bay fronting on the Atlantic Ocean, the secluded waterfront offers direct access to the water for swimming with excellent kayaking and canoeing possibilities (the waters are shallow on the bay, suitable for younger children). The house has a private access path to the bay.

Amenities

This large 7 room house features 3 bedrooms (Q,D,T), 1.5 baths, sunroom, screened in deck and a den equipped with Cable TV and a DVD player, CD player as well as a radio. The bedrooms, which are located upstairs off a spacious central hall, are large and airy. They have hand braided rugs, plenty of closet and dresser space and mirrors. Two of the rooms have a view of the sea. The 4 piece bathroom is also upstairs.

Things to do
Seashores is the perfect location on Nova Scotia's South Shore for a wealth of beautiful beaches, vistas and great activities. There are five beaches, Cherry Hill Beach, Broad Cove, Green Bay, Risser's Beach and Crescent Beach that are all just few minutes away from us.

Rental Rates

Seashores is available from May to October. Our rates are $1300 per week. Between June 15 and September 15 the minimum rental is for a week, from Saturday to Saturday. At other times we do rent by the day with a minimum of two days. The per-day rate is $225.00 Check in 3:00 pm; check out 10:00 am Our Terms: To hold a reservation we require a deposit of one half of the total rental fee. The balance of the rental is payable 90 days before the arrival date, and a damage deposit of $200 is required one month before your arrival. If you cancel your reservation we will refund any money deposited with us, provided we are able to rent the property for the period concerned. Seashores is licensed, inspected and approved by Nova Scotia Department of Tourism.
